Azumi Aoyagi started pottery late 20s when she was disappointed at her home party in Germany serving Chirashi-sushi with a plain white plate.It didn't look good at all that she wanted to make one herself. Since then, she has been making pottery thatwould suit both Japanese dish as well other cuisines.
