Description

Shinsuke Okumura lives and makes his pottery in rural part of Kyoto surrounded by the mountains. His pottery is inspired by those beautiful nature around him, and the fact that his mother is an American influences his style of pottery which shapes reminds me of western pottery.

His pottery is heat resistant and can be used in the oven, and I often use it for lasagna and roasted chickens. His earthly colored pottery delivers warmth on your table.
