Description
The Shirakiya dust pan is crafted by glazing traditional Japanese washi paper with kakishibu (fermented persimmon tannin dye). Persimmon tannin dyes are known for their anti-bacterial and insect-repellent effects (with the additional bonus of being anti-static - so dusts won't cling) making them the perfect finish for dustpans. Lightweight and ergonomically shaped for easy handling, the Shirakiya dustpan pairs well with the Yamamoto Shuro brushes.
